"I didn't buy my 2009 FLHTC from you, but buy all my parts and supplies here. A week ago I was heading out to PA. riding down rt. 22 as I fueled the lock on the gas tank cover broke, wouldn't lock so the cover was flapping away. We stopped in to get shirts and boots for my wife and Mike in parts (who's great to deal with) told me to take the bike around to service and see AL. So I did, Al came right out looked the situation over and found the part I needed. He took my bike in replaced the part and I was on my way in 10 mins. Because I was a non experienced rider, he rode my motorcycle to my house so I did not have to ride on any major roads. Also, when the right blinker lens popped out and broke, the very next day, Rob rode up to my house and dropped the part off. That's customer service!"
